Kamikaze

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces (45ml) Vodka
1 ounce (30ml) Cointreau
Splash of Lime Juice

Method:

Shake together.

Hurricane Nigel

Ingredients:

30ml (1 ounce) Vodka
15ml (1/2 ounce) Stroh Rum
1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
1/2 Cup Litchi Juice
Drop of Coke (for the colour)

Method:

Mix all together and place in a tall ice cold glass.

Don't overdo this drink as it takes a while to hit but when it does its a knockout punch

Sem Girl

Ingredients:

2 ounces (60ml) Peach Shnapps
2 ounces (60ml) Vodka
1 splash of Pineapple Juice
Cranberry Juice
Orange Juice

Method:

Combine volka and peach schnapps over ice in a pint glass. Fill with equal amounts of cranberry juice and orange juice. Top with the splash of pineapple juice. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Absolut Dew

Ingredients:

1 ounce (30ml) Absolut Citron Vodka
1/4 ounce (8ml) Lime Juice
1/4 ounce (8ml) Triple Sec

Method:

Pour into a shaker

Gan Eden Hatachton(Lower Garden of Eden)

Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces (45ml) Vodka Kurant(Absolut)
Kiwi Strawberry Juice

Method:

Stir well and pour in tall glass

Ingredients:

2 ounces (60ml) Rasberry Schnapps
2 ounces (60ml) tripple sec(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triple_sec)
1 ounce (30ml) gin
1 splash grenadine
1 splash soda
1 ounce (Tequila
1 ounce (30ml) Vodka
1 ounce (30ml) White Rum
Cranberry Juice

Method:

Fill a pint(475ml) glass 3/4 full of ice. Add the alcohol and splashes of Grenadine and Sweet and Sour Mix. Fill with the Cranberry Juice and splash the Soda. Garnish with cherries and lime and lemon wedges.

Caution: This is a powerful drink so don't drink and drive!

Bloody Mary

Ingredients:

3 ounces (90ml)Tomatoe Juice
2 drops Tobasco sauce
1 1/2 ounces (45ml) Vodka
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Dash of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Shake with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with a wedge of lime.

Long Island Ice Tea

Ingredients:

1/2 (15ml)ounce Vodka
1/2 (15ml) ounce Cointreau
1/2 (15ml) ounce Gin
1 ounce (30ml) Sour Mix
1/2 ounce (15ml) Silver Rum
6 ounces (180ml) Cola
1/2 ounce (15ml) Tequila

Method:

Fill tall glass with ice and add all of the ingredients except the Cola. Stir. Add Cola to fill and Garnish with a lemon.

Seabreeze Cocktail

Ingredients:

1 ounce (30ml)vodka
4 ounces (120ml) cranberry juice
1 ounce (30ml) grapefruit juice

Method:

Pour into highball glass with ice cubes. Stir gently. Garnish with lemon wedge

Moscow Mule

Ingredients:

2 ounces (60ml)vodka
1 ounce (30ml) lime juice
Chilled ginger beer or dry ginger ale
Slice of lime

Method:

Stir the vodka and lime juice in a sling or collins glass half-filled with ice. Top up with ginger beer or dry ginger ale. Garnish with lime slice.

Screwdriver

Ingredients:

1 ounce (30ml) Vodka
2 ounce (30ml) Orage Juice

Method:

Combine over ice and strain well.

Salty Dog

Ingredients:

Wedge of lemon
Coarse Salt
2 ounces(60ml) Vodka
Chilled fresh grapefruit

Method:

Frost the rim of a highball glass using lemon juice and coarse salt. Half-fill the glass with ice cubes and pour in the vodka. Top up with chilled grapefruit juice to taste. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Cosmopolitan

Ingredients:

1-1/2 ounces (45ml) Vodka( You can use citrus flavoured if you wish)
1/2 (15ml) ounce Cointreau
1 ounce (30ml) Cranberry juice
1/2 ounce (15ml) lime juice

Combine in a shaker with crushed ice. Strain into rocks glass
