Hurricane Nigel

Ingredients:

30ml (1 ounce) Vodka
15ml (1/2 ounce) Stroh Rum
1/2 cup Pineapple Juice
1/2 Cup Litchi Juice
Drop of Coke (for the colour)

Method:

Mix all together and place in a tall ice cold glass.

Don't overdo this drink as it takes a while to hit but when it does its a knockout punch

Ingredients:

15ml (1/2 ounce) Stroh Rum
15ml (1/2 ounce) Peach Shnapps
15ml (1/2 ounce) Absint (try and find!)

Method:

Place all in a shotglass and mix gently.

Drink in moderation and remember no underage driking...EVER

Singapore Sling

SiIngredients:

45 ml (1 1/2 ounces) Dry Gin
20 ml (2/3 ounce) Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Sugar Syrup
Soda, as much as needed
10ml (1/3 ounce) Cherry Brandy

Method:

Shake the gin,lemon juice and sugar syrup with ice. Pour over ice into a tall glass, fill upto 4/5 of the glass then with the soda and gently add the cherry brandy.

Drink in moderation

Ingredients:

Bourbon Whiskey 45ml
Lime Juice 15ml
Grenadine Syrup 1 Teaspoon
Sugar Syrup 1 Teaspoon (search for it in the blog)
Orange Peel

Method:

Shake all the ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass and add the twist of the orange peel.

Sem Girl

Ingredients:

2 ounces (60ml) Peach Shnapps
2 ounces (60ml) Vodka
1 splash of Pineapple Juice
Cranberry Juice
Orange Juice

Method:

Combine volka and peach schnapps over ice in a pint glass. Fill with equal amounts of cranberry juice and orange juice. Top with the splash of pineapple juice. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Absolut Dew

Ingredients:

1 ounce (30ml) Absolut Citron Vodka
1/4 ounce (8ml) Lime Juice
1/4 ounce (8ml) Triple Sec

Method:

Pour into a shaker

Lake Breeze

Ingredients:

4 ounces (120ml) Cranberry Juice
2 ounes (30ml) Pineapple Juice
1 tsp Coconut Liqueur
Lemon Lime Soda

Method:

Shake -except soda- with ice and strain over ice cubes into a collins glass. Fill with soda and garnish with a twist of lime.
