Ingredients:
30ml Bacardi Rum
25ml Sugar Syrup(has been added before to the blog)
6 fresh mint leaves
1 lime wedge
Method:
Muddle the mint with the sugar syrup.Squeeze the lime wedge. Add the Bacardi and crushed ice. Mix all ingredients with a bar spoon, Top up with crushed ice.
Garnish with a mint sprig
Remember don't drink and drive and everything in moderation
